We ensure every student is provided with a learning program that is contemporary and personalised, in a learning environment that is inclusive, supportive and challenges each student to reach their full potential. Our vision and core values always remain at the forefront of our decisions.
Our Catholic faith is an important and enriching aspect of daily life at St Columbkille's.
At St Columbkille’s, we are committed to creating a caring, safe and supportive environment, so that all individuals, including those with special and diverse needs, feel valued, respected and encouraged to achieve their potential.
The school implements the PB4L framework, which emphasises school-wide systems of support. These include proactive strategies for defining, teaching and supporting appropriate student behaviours. Positive behaviour supports are implemented for all students, across all school settings, by all staff, at all times. This results in creating and sustaining school-wide, classroom and individual systems of support, to improve students’ academic and social outcomes.
Students are encouraged to show responsibility for their learning, their faith and one another.
Pastoral care and wellbeing are also a focus at St Columbkille's. We aim to develop the whole person – intellectually, spiritually, physically and emotionally – and create vibrant and positive environments in which all students support each other and are encouraged to reach their full potential.
At St Columbkille’s, the individual learning needs of each student are recognised and supported. Each child learns at an individual rate with individual learning styles. As such, our learning programs include:
There are also variety of co-curricular activities on offer for students at St Columbkille's, including:

At St Columbkille's, we regularly celebrate our faith through prayer, liturgy and mass; we acknowledge student achievements during Award Assemblies and through our newsletters; and we celebrate special events as a school community through liturgy and activities.
